Integrated Management System

Robinson Civil Group has internally developed, implemented and maintains an accredited Integrated Management System incorporating quality, health, safety and environmental management to;

  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and legislative requirements
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and legislative requirements
  • Assure conformity with the stated company policy and the conformity of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Seek and maintain certification by an external organisation for
    • AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
    • AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System
    • AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
  • Make a self-determination and declaration of conformance to the above standards
  • Seek confirmation of conformance by parties external to, but having interest in the company such as customers and stakeholders, and
  • Appropriately develop a measurable approach to all of the above through the application of action plans
